📋 Description

• • As a Talent Operations & Systems Specialist, you will own the operational infrastructure that makes hiring teams fast, consistent, and data-driven, sitting at the intersection of recruiting process and technology.
• • You will own end-to-end implementations of recruiting and talent systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, CodeSignal, Notion), design and maintain recruiting workflows and reporting frameworks, build sourcing infrastructure, audit existing setups, create documentation and training materials, partner with Talent leads and founders, and manage 8–15 concurrent client engagements.
• • You will work with People Culture Talent LLC, a small, highly skilled team that emphasizes speed with precision, AI-enhanced delivery, scale-appropriate solutions, and operational excellence while serving clients from founding teams to scaling organizations.
• • You will develop deep expertise in recruiting systems optimization, gain experience across diverse client growth stages, strengthen your ability to translate hiring goals into scalable processes, and enhance your skills in AI-augmented workflow design and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
