Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Fyxer Inc. is on an exhilarating growth trajectory, having scaled from $1M to $30M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the past year. To fuel our ambitious expansion and achieve our next set of milestones, we are seeking a highly specialized and driven Talent Partner to join our US team. This is a critical individual contributor role, focusing intensely on the core of recruitment: identifying, engaging, and successfully closing top-tier Go-to-Market (GTM) talent. You will be the dedicated recruiting engine for our North American expansion, working in close partnership with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- • This position is not about management; it's for a recruiter who thrives in the trenches, relishes the challenge of direct sourcing, and is passionate about owning the entire GTM recruitment funnel from initial outreach to offer acceptance. You will be instrumental in scaling our US GTM team from its current size of 10 to a robust 50-person powerhouse, requiring speed, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
- • At Fyxer, we don't believe in passively waiting for applications. Our philosophy is proactive and sales-driven. We hunt for the elite 1% of SaaS talent, specifically those who are not actively looking for new opportunities but possess the skills and drive to excel in a high-growth environment. Your primary responsibility will be to execute full-cycle recruitment for key GTM roles, including Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Solutions Engineers. This encompasses managing the entire process from the top of the funnel through to the final signed offer.
- • A significant part of your role will involve heavyweight sourcing. You will need to move beyond standard LinkedIn InMail tactics and develop creative, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive GTM talent within the highly competitive US market. This requires a deep understanding of the GTM landscape, the ability to leverage various tools and networks, and a persistent, results-oriented approach.
- • You will be expected to build and maintain a consistent, high-velocity pipeline to support the rapid scaling of our US team. This demands meticulous pipeline management, efficient candidate engagement, and the ability to move with speed and precision without compromising on the quality of hires.
- • Direct partnership with the CRO and CCO is fundamental. You will work with them daily to calibrate candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Crucially, you will be expected to provide real-time, data-driven market feedback. This includes insights into candidate motivations, compensation expectations, market trends, and reasons why top talent might be hesitant to move or accept offers. Your insights will directly inform our hiring strategies and talent acquisition approach.
- • Maintaining process rigor is essential. You will utilize AI-enabled tools and maintain a clean, data-driven recruitment pipeline. This ensures that no high-value candidate is overlooked and that we can track our progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize our recruitment process. Your ability to manage data and use it to drive decisions will be key to your success.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of hiring high-performing sales teams within fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or AI environments. You understand the nuances of the GTM function and can distinguish between a good candidate and an exceptional, Fyxer-caliber candidate. You are a sourcing native, taking immense pride in your ability to find and engage any candidate, viewing sourcing as a craft and the hunt as the most rewarding aspect of the role.
- • You have an individual contributor mindset, preferring to own your desk and directly contribute to the company's success rather than manage others. You are not looking to delegate the challenging work; you want to be the one making the critical hires. A strong bias for action is imperative; you operate with a sense of urgency, understanding that in a hyper-growth environment, slowness equates to failure.
- • Your ability to 'pitch-perfect' is vital. You must be adept at selling the Fyxer vision and value proposition to highly sought-after, often skeptical, high-earning candidates. Furthermore, you must be comfortable and skilled in handling complex US-market negotiations with finesse and confidence.
- • Fyxer offers a unique environment where exceptional people are empowered with total ownership and minimal bureaucracy. We are ranked 7th in Andreessen Horowitz's list of top AI apps, standing out amongst companies valued at $10B+. We foster a culture of agency, enabling rapid decision-making and eliminating unnecessary meetings. Join us and be a pivotal part of our journey towards $100M ARR by the end of 2026.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of full-cycle GTM recruitment (AEs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers) within high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
- • Exceptional sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates using creative and advanced techniques.
- • Experience in high-velocity hiring environments, scaling teams rapidly and efficiently.
- • Strong understanding of the US GTM talent market, including compensation, motivations, and competitive landscape.
- • Individual contributor mindset with a preference for owning recruitment processes end-to-end.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership (CRO, CCO).
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to be a key player in a rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI company with a proven track record ($1M to $30M ARR in one year).
- • High-impact role with direct influence on the growth of the US Go-to-Market team.
- • Competitive salary and benefits package.
- • Remote work flexibility within the US.
- • Culture of ownership, agency, and zero bureaucracy, fostering rapid decision-making and professional growth.
- • Be part of a company recognized among the top AI applications by Andreessen Horowitz.
