- • The Talent Partner role at Saint Francis Health System is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines and positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively identifying and engaging candidates, reviewing and pre-screening applicants, conducting interviews, processing internal transfer requests, presenting candidate pools to hiring managers, maintaining regular follow-up, determining compensation offers using authorized methodologies, initiating post-offer processes, coordinating and attending recruitment events, and reconciling recruitment reports for accuracy and consistency.
- • The role operates within the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team at Saint Francis Health System, a healthcare organization committed to equitable hiring practices, and involves frequent collaboration with director-level and above stakeholders.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in full-cycle recruitment, gain hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR compliance, strengthen stakeholder management skills, and contribute to building a diverse and qualified workforce across healthcare units.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a closely related field
- • At least one year of related recruitment or HR experience
- • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and electronic reporting/communication systems
- • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment
- • Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations and recruiting/marketing strategies
