- • As a key member of the Talent Experience Team, you will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market (GTM) recruitment strategy. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing robust candidate pipelines for our revenue-generating roles, ensuring Loopio continues to attract individuals who can contribute to our sustained growth and success.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. This involves understanding their team's needs, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and guiding them through the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process.
- • While your core responsibility lies with GTM recruitment in Canada, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to our technical hiring efforts. This includes supporting our Product teams in Canada and occasionally assisting with technical roles in India, providing a well-rounded recruitment experience.
- • This role demands a proactive and results-oriented approach. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from initial sourcing and candidate screening to interview scheduling, facilitating debriefs, and extending offers. We provide comprehensive onboarding to ensure you are well-equipped to own these processes end-to-end.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. This goes beyond traditional methods, requiring you to identify innovative ways to discover and engage potential candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill revenue-focused positions. Building a high-quality pipeline of passive and active candidates will be a continuous effort.
- • You will act as a Brand Ambassador for Loopio, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our company values and commitment to an exceptional candidate experience. Your ability to articulate Loopio's mission, culture, and value proposition will be crucial in attracting top talent.
- • Managing a high volume of recruitment requests and coordinating complex interview schedules will be a daily reality. A strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
- • You will be a key contributor to the Talent Experience Team, helping to refine and develop best practices and processes in talent acquisition and management. Your insights and experiences will directly influence how Loopio attracts and retains talent.
- • Deeply understanding the nuances of each role you recruit for, and the business objectives behind them, will enable you to serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This involves asking insightful questions, providing market intelligence, and offering strategic recruitment guidance.

- • Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality is paramount, as you will be privy to sensitive information throughout the recruitment process.
- • Loopio operates as a remote-first company, offering flexibility and autonomy. While this role is remote, occasional in-person gatherings for team events are anticipated, and it is best suited for someone based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) who can travel to downtown Toronto periodically.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle go-to-market recruitment, with at least 1 year in corporate recruitment within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- • Proven experience in scaling GTM teams and partnering with Revenue leaders on roles such as BDR/SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Support, and Marketing.
- • Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch and successfully hire for revenue-generating roles at scale.
- • Experience with technical recruitment and partnering with Product leaders (e.g., Software Developers, Product Managers) is a strong asset.
- • Exceptional communication, research, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- • Experience with Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
