📋 Description
- • The Talent Partner for Human Resources Employee Partners (HREPs) is a specialized talent advisor who plays a central role in shaping and guiding core talent initiatives across RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, reporting to the Director of Talent Management with a matrix relationship to the VP, HR Employee Partners.
- • Day to day, the role serves as the primary point of contact for talent-related inquiries within assigned client groups, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate Talent Center of Excellence services, coaching HREP leadership on enterprise talent offerings and organizational effectiveness tools, supporting team sessions and interventions, and partnering with regional leads to capture voice-of-customer insights for continuous improvement.
- • The team operates within RTX’s global HR function, supporting 185,000 employees across three market-leading businesses, with a focus on talent management, learning & development, culture, organizational effectiveness, change, and engagement to drive enterprise-wide talent strategies.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in talent brokerage, succession planning, high-potential identification, and organizational effectiveness while influencing talent processes, tools, and technologies at a global scale and advancing their career as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders.
