  • • Gratia is on a mission to democratize opportunity, connecting exceptional global talent with ambitious companies seeking high-impact expertise. We are a remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform that champions the power of practical skills and measurable results over theoretical plans. Our success is built on a foundation of rigorous execution, evidenced by our impressive 88.2 Net Promoter Score, and our commitment to fostering fulfilling global careers for our talent pool. As we embark on a significant scaling phase across the Americas over the next 10 months, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Partner to join our dynamic team.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with the top 1% of analysts from prestigious top-tier firms and elite boutiques. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing a world-class network of talent, leveraging our advanced AI-powered hiring process that significantly reduces administrative burdens. This allows you to dedicate your expertise to the most impactful aspects of recruitment: strategic sourcing, deep candidate engagement, and sophisticated relationship management.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass strategic headhunting, where you will proactively identify and engage high-potential analysts who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. This requires a keen understanding of the talent landscape and the ability to pinpoint individuals who possess the skills and drive to excel within our platform.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve relationship building. You will act as a long-term partner to candidates, understanding their career aspirations and positioning Gratia as a valuable platform for their professional growth. This involves cultivating a deep, trust-based network of talent across the diverse markets of the Americas.
  • • You will also lead regional recruitment marketing efforts, playing a crucial role in positioning Gratia as the employer of choice for top-tier analysts in your designated local markets. This involves understanding market dynamics and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with highly analytical and results-driven professionals.
  • • At Gratia, we operate with a strong emphasis on outcome ownership. You will have complete autonomy over how you manage your time and workflow, with your performance directly tied to the quality of hires and the long-term success of the talent you bring onto the platform. We believe in empowering our team members to achieve results in the way that best suits their productivity and expertise.
  • • You will be empowered by our cutting-edge, AI-assisted hiring technology. This modern tech stack is designed to streamline your workflow, automate administrative tasks, and allow you to focus your energy on high-touch human engagement, strategic thinking, and relationship cultivation. This 'Human AI' environment ensures that technology serves to enhance, not replace, the critical human element of recruitment.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in recruitment, with a specific focus on sourcing passive candidates within the LATAM region. Experience in hiring alumni from prestigious firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG (MBB) or the Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable. You should be adept at utilizing modern sourcing tools beyond standard platforms, including specialized job boards and advanced Boolean search techniques, to uncover hidden talent.
  • • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential, enabling you to engage in sophisticated professional conversations with highly analytical consultants and analysts. Your ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport will be key to your success.
  • • You must be outcome-driven, thriving in an environment where performance is measured by the quality and impact of hires, rather than mere activity metrics. A deep understanding of the recruitment marketing landscape, with the ability to tailor messaging to resonate with top-tier talent across LATAM and the broader Americas, is crucial. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition at a rapidly growing, mission-driven company.
