- • As a Talent Partner (Senior Recruiter) at Column, you will be instrumental in driving our ambitious growth trajectory. You will be the architect of our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing the exceptional individuals who will shape Column's future. This role demands a strategic and hands-on approach, where you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse array of positions, including highly specialized technical roles and critical leadership appointments.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to partner intimately with Column's leadership team and key stakeholders. This collaboration will involve deeply understanding their strategic objectives, current business needs, and future talent requirements. You will translate these insights into compelling job descriptions and robust hiring strategies, ensuring that our recruitment efforts are precisely aligned with the company's vision and operational demands.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves developing and executing proactive, innovative sourcing strategies. You will leverage your expertise to identify and engage with top-tier passive and active candidates, building robust talent pipelines that not only address immediate hiring needs but also anticipate future requirements. - • You will be the primary point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing strategic guidance, market intelligence, and best practices. This includes advising on interview processes, candidate assessment techniques, and compensation strategies to ensure we are attracting and selecting the most qualified individuals.

You will serve as a dedicated brand ambassador for Column, ensuring that every candidate interaction is positive, professional, and reflective of our company culture and values. - • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking and analyzing key recruiting metrics. This data-driven approach will enable you to assess the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-backed solutions to optimize our recruiting operations and enhance efficiency.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our recruiting function. As Column scales, you will play a key role in shaping and refining our recruitment processes, implementing best practices, and building a world-class talent acquisition function.

- • This position reports directly to the Head of People and is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Presidio-based office in San Francisco three days a week. This in-person component is designed to foster collaboration, team cohesion, and a strong connection to our company culture.
- • Ultimately, you will be a critical driver of Column's success by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, enabling us to achieve our ambitious goals and continue to innovate in the fintech space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant portion gained in-house at fast-paced startups.
- • Proven expertise in recruiting for a diverse range of roles, including niche, technical, and senior leadership positions.
- • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other innovative sourcing technologies.
- • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers.
- • A strategic mindset with a passion for process improvement and scaling recruitment operations in a dynamic environment.
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- • Experience in financial technology or banking is a strong plus, but a genuine passion for these industries is essential.
