- • As a Talent Sourcer at Alternative Payments Ltd., you will play a critical role in building high-quality talent pipelines for a fast-growing fintech company that is redefining financial operations for SMBs. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to scale by ensuring hiring teams receive focused, qualified candidate slates across technical and non-technical functions.
- • You will own end-to-end top-of-funnel recruiting activities, including designing and executing proactive sourcing strategies for engineering, product, sales, and operations roles; crafting personalized outreach; partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements; and leveraging AI-powered tools to increase sourcing efficiency and pipeline health.
- • You will join a remote-first, English-speaking team based in Brazil, working within a dynamic, collaborative People team that values transparency, resourcefulness, and innovation. The company is at an inflection point, expanding its financial operating system beyond accounts receivable into payable and AI-driven analytics, offering a meaningful opportunity to contribute to lasting impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in modern sourcing techniques, AI-assisted recruitment, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You’ll gain experience navigating shifting priorities in a startup setting while building scalable talent processes that support long-term organizational growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and non-technical roles
- • Professional-level English proficiency for effective communication with global hiring managers and distributed teams
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- • Proven ability to be scrappy and resourceful, adapting sourcing strategies when traditional channels underperform
- • Comfort using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude) beyond LinkedIn to optimize sourcing workflows and increase throughput
- • Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing contexts in a fast-moving, lean startup environment
