- • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mid-level and above roles across technical and non-technical functions including engineering, product, marketing, and back-office positions.
- • Utilize modern automation tools and AI-driven platforms to streamline and scale candidate identification, outreach, and engagement processes.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure transparency, clarity, and efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle, aligning sourcing efforts with team needs.
- • Design and deliver a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining consistent, respectful, and engaging communication with applicants from first touchpoint to final decision.
- • Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates, and candidate satisfaction to inform continuous improvement.
- • Monitor evolving market trends in talent supply, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment technologies to implement innovative and competitive sourcing initiatives.
- • Contribute to the building and scaling of the company’s sourcing function from the ground up, with opportunity to lead future team growth and structure.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR and HR teams to enhance employer branding and align talent acquisition messaging with company narrative.
- • Test and implement out-of-the-box sourcing ideas with full support, budget, and endorsement from leadership.
- • Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for high-priority roles, focusing on middle+ level positions in competitive markets.
- • Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining ethical, inclusive, and transparent hiring practices.
- • Leverage analytical insights to refine candidate targeting, improve response rates, and reduce drop-offs in the funnel.
- • Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions with the recruiting team to exchange best practices, tools, and case studies.
- • Represent Kiss My Apps in external talent communities and networks to strengthen the company’s presence as an employer of choice in tech and product-driven industries.
- • Support the expansion of the company’s global talent footprint by identifying and engaging candidates from diverse geographies while maintaining cultural alignment.
- • Continuously optimize sourcing workflows to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and maintain scalability as the company grows 3x year-over-year.
