- • The Talent Sourcer will proactively identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles across global locations, utilizing sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and talent mapping to support hiring needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment research, preferably in tech or IT industries
- • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage passive candidates effectively
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote-first environment
- • Familiarity with sourcing metrics and data-driven recruitment practices
