- • As our Talent Sourcer, you will be the architect of our initial candidate interactions, the master of first impressions. Your role will blend sharp intuition, meticulous precision, and a touch of sourcing artistry to discover and engage exceptional, experienced professionals before they even consider applying. Collaborating closely with our dedicated recruiters and hiring leads, you will be instrumental in building diverse, strategically aligned talent pipelines. Your proactive efforts will ensure our talent map consistently anticipates and stays ahead of our hiring demands, particularly for critical mid-to-senior level openings.
- • WHAT YOU’LL DO 🎯
- • Strategic Sourcing: You will employ a wide yet strategically focused approach to identify top-tier talent. This involves casting a broad net across platforms like LinkedIn, various job boards, specialized online communities, and industry events. Your mission is to pinpoint experienced professionals across key areas including corporate functions, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, and technical domains.
- • Pipeline Generation: A core responsibility will be to build and continuously nurture robust, evergreen talent pipelines. These pipelines will serve not only immediate hiring needs but also proactively prepare for future experienced talent requirements, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- • Targeted Outreach: You will be responsible for crafting compelling, highly personalized outreach messages. These communications must effectively convey Almedia's unique brand proposition and genuinely spark interest among passive, seasoned professionals, demonstrating a deep understanding of their motivations and career aspirations.
- • Generalist Focus: Your sourcing efforts will primarily concentrate on experienced professionals, moving beyond early-career talent. You will support a variety of functions within the vibrant Berlin market and contribute to our ongoing international expansion initiatives, requiring adaptability and broad functional knowledge.
- • Data Experimentation: A key aspect of this role involves a commitment to continuous improvement. You will actively experiment with different sourcing tactics, explore new channels, and refine messaging strategies to optimize response rates and enhance the conversion of highly passive talent into engaged prospects.
- • ATS Management: Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our candidate data is paramount. You will meticulously manage candidate information and detailed sourcing intelligence within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, as well as other relevant sourcing tools, ensuring data hygiene and accessibility.
