- • As a Talent Sourcer - Sales at Ashby Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s go-to-market (GTM) hiring engine by identifying, engaging, and evaluating top-tier sales talent to support rapid growth across North America and EMEA. This role is central to Ashby’s mission of building a world-class talent function that not only hires exceptional people but also innovates how recruiting is done—using the company’s own product to refine sourcing strategies and contribute to the broader talent tech community.
- • You will own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for sales roles, including developing proactive talent pipelines, conducting Boolean searches and talent mapping, engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach, and collaborating with hiring managers to refine role requirements and search strategies. Your work will focus on balancing quality, diversity, and volume while building sustainable talent pools that reduce reliance on inbound applications and referrals.
- • You will join a high-impact, collaborative Talent team of 17 professionals spanning EMEA and North America, where you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and product teams to provide feedback on Ashby’s recruiting software—making you both an end user and a thought leader in shaping the future of talent acquisition technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic sourcing for SaaS sales leadership and enterprise account executive roles, gain hands-on experience using Ashby’s all-in-one recruiting platform to optimize workflows, and contribute to thought leadership through blog posts, podcasts, and open-source sourcing frameworks that elevate the entire recruiting community.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record as an expert Go-to-Market (GTM) Sourcer with direct experience sourcing for sales roles in a B2B SaaS or product-led company.
- • Demonstrated ability to create innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond inbound and referral channels, including talent mapping, Boolean search expertise, and discovery of new talent pools.
- • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to optimize sourcing workflows, measure quality of hire, and conduct root cause analysis to improve outcomes.
- • Experience engaging with senior leaders and hiring managers to qualify requisitions, define search criteria, and align sourcing efforts with business goals.
- • Comfort managing high volumes of outreach, screening calls, and candidate evaluation while maintaining a focus on quality and alignment.
