- ⢠As a Talent Sourcing Partner on a 1-year fixed-term contract, you will play a critical role in shaping TwelveLabsâ talent pipeline by identifying and engaging top ML/AI talent in South Korea, directly impacting the companyâs ability to hire world-class researchers and engineers.
- ⢠Day to day, you will lead targeted sourcing for ML engineers, research engineers, and scientists; build and maintain dynamic talent maps of the Korean AI ecosystem; engage passive candidates through professional networks, academic channels, and open-source communities; collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers via weekly syncs; plan and execute community events like research dinners and tech talks; manage candidate pipelines in Ashby ATS; and track sourcing metrics to continuously improve outreach and conversion.
