📋 Description

• The Talent Specialist role at Verse Medical is designed as a launchpad for a career in talent acquisition, focusing on technical sourcing to support the hiring of Software Engineers building the company’s healthcare platform.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include executing high-volume hiring by identifying and messaging prospective candidates via LinkedIn, Gem, and other sourcing channels; mastering the company’s narrative to convert passive candidates; maintaining data integrity in the Ashby ATS; and supporting Talent Partners with scheduling and candidate coordination.
• You will join a collaborative Talent team that values pragmatism, simplicity, and speed, working closely with engineers and hiring managers to scale the team in line with the company’s mission to deliver hospital-quality care everywhere.
• This role offers clear pathways for growth into roles such as Talent Partner, Talent Channels (sourcing and employer branding), or Talent Operations, with mentorship and autonomy to shape your career trajectory based on your interests and strengths.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a data-driven recruitment agency or staffing firm
• Experience with cold outreach and comfort in high-volume candidate engagement
• Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn about engineering roles and technologies
• Strong organizational skills, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachability and desire to understand the 'why' behind recruitment processes
