- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success, satisfaction, and retention of our valued contractors. You will serve as a primary point of contact, offering unwavering support throughout their journey with us, from the initial onboarding phase through to their offboarding, and maintaining a consistent presence to address any needs or concerns that may arise.
- • Your core mission will revolve around cultivating strong, trusting relationships with our talent pool. This involves proactively engaging with contractors through regular check-ins, where you will meticulously gauge their satisfaction levels, actively listen to and address any emerging concerns, and provide timely, effective support. Your empathetic approach and genuine dedication to contractor well-being will be key to fostering a positive company culture and ensuring we retain our exceptional talent.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve managing the lifecycle of contractor engagement. You will guide new hires seamlessly through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the necessary resources, information, and support to integrate successfully into their roles and our company culture. Similarly, you will manage the offboarding process with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive final experience for departing contractors.
- • Beyond direct contractor support, you will play a crucial role in operational efficiency. This includes overseeing the entire process of hardware purchasing and equipment management. You will be responsible for procuring necessary equipment, ensuring its timely distribution to contractors, and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of company assets. Furthermore, you will be the go-to person for providing essential technical support to employees experiencing issues with their assigned hardware, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the broader HR team to develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping our talent management strategies.
- • You will also be involved in supporting HR management with critical administrative tasks, including assisting with payroll processing and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. However, please note that as we support U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours, specifically aligning with the 9 AM - 5 PM EST time zone. This ensures seamless communication and support for our clients and their teams.
