🎯 Requirements
- • Assist with the preparation and timely filing of U.S. and foreign indirect tax returns, including sales and use tax, VAT, GST, and other transaction taxes.
- • Gather, compile, and review financial data, workpapers, and supporting schedules required for tax return preparation.
- • Assist with the preparation of the Company’s quarterly and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.
- • Support documentation of tax accounting policies and internal controls related to the income tax provision.
- • Provide research and analytical support on a variety of special projects.
