📋 Description

• • Tax Associate role supporting AlphaSense’s expanding tax team with exposure to complex domestic and international tax laws, including direct, indirect, and transfer pricing, within a fast-growing AI-driven market intelligence company.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quarterly and annual global tax provisions under ASC 740, supporting U.S. federal, state, and foreign tax compliance, performing SOX controls for tax reporting, contributing to transfer pricing processes, assisting with R&D tax credits and M&A projects, collaborating with Accounting and Finance teams, and driving process improvements and automation.
• • AlphaSense is a trusted AI-powered market intelligence platform used by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including most S&P 500 companies, with headquarters in New York City and global offices across the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland; the company acquired Tegus in 2024 to expand its content and AI capabilities.
