📋 Description

• • The Tax Compliance Analyst serves as a compliance quality gate, validating that all payroll tax changes perform correctly and completely before submission to QA for production sign-off, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• • Day to day, the Analyst reviews requirements, designs test scenarios covering positive, negative, boundary, and jurisdiction-specific cases, executes tests in a test environment, documents results, manages defects, and collaborates with Compliance and Development teams to resolve issues.
• • The role is part of OneSource Virtual (OSV), a company that has worked exclusively with Workday customers since 2008 to deliver compliant, in-tenant technology and expert services for payroll, taxes, earned wage access, accounts payable, and benefits, serving over 1,500 customers with 92% retention and $225+ billion in annual treasury movement.
• • The Analyst can learn and achieve progression from Analyst to Senior Analyst, Lead, and Manager, gaining deep expertise in payroll tax compliance, testing methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to process improvement and team standards in a remote, values-based culture with upward mobility and professional development opportunities.
