- • As Tax Operations Manager, Product and Technical Support at Anrok, you will lead and grow a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support specialists who serve as the primary customer interface for tax automation issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries related to sales tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing support operations, owning and improving the Support product (help center, knowledge base, chatbot), collaborating with Technical Solutions to increase resolution rates, partnering with Tax Operations teams to shift more ownership to Tier 1 support, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance in-product customer support experiences.
