• • As Tax Operations Manager, Registrations at Anrok, you will lead and grow a team responsible for enabling global businesses to comply with sales tax regulations through seamless registration processes, directly supporting the company’s mission to eliminate tax compliance complexity for digital commerce.
• • You will manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Registrations Support function, overseeing a team of Tax Operations Associates who work directly with customers and state/local jurisdictions to secure tax registrations across 20+ US states and international jurisdictions.
• • You will partner with cross-functional teams including Tax Research, Filing, and Engineering to design, build, and automate scalable registration workflows, particularly for enterprise clients, driving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
