Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • • As a Team Coach Operations at TruBridge, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing team within the US Healthcare domain, specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR) specialization. This is a critical position where your expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for our clients.
  • • You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among your team members, often referred to as Liaisons. Your primary responsibility will be to guide, mentor, and support them as they navigate the complexities of AR and denial management.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve hands-on management of daily work assignments and project allocations. You will need to strategically distribute tasks to ensure maximum productivity and alignment with client needs, while also considering individual strengths and development opportunities.
  • • You will be expected to actively encourage and engage team members, creating an environment where they feel motivated to contribute innovative ideas for process optimization and strategize assignments. This proactive approach to team engagement is key to driving operational excellence.
  • • Performance management will be a core function. You will be responsible for continuously monitoring team and individual performance, providing timely, constructive, and effective feedback. This includes regular coaching sessions designed to enhance skills, address performance gaps, and celebrate successes.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role is providing direct coaching, counseling, and support to your team members when they encounter challenges or hurdles in their assigned tasks. This requires a deep understanding of the AR processes and the ability to offer practical solutions and guidance.
  • • You will leverage your strong understanding of standard RCM practices to ensure the team adheres to best practices and regulatory requirements. This includes a keen focus on AR and denial management, identifying root causes of denials, and implementing strategies to minimize them.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis, reporting, and tracking team performance metrics. You will use Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and generate reports for management.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount. You will be communicating with your team, internal stakeholders, and potentially clients, requiring clarity, conciseness, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • • Flexibility with shift timings and internal movements is expected, as the US Healthcare domain often requires coverage across different time zones and evolving operational needs.
  • • As an Individual Contributor, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment will be highly valued.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve AR collections, reduce outstanding balances, and enhance the overall financial health of the accounts managed by your team.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential issues within the AR process and developing preventative measures before they escalate.
  • • You will contribute to the strategic planning of the AR operations, offering insights and recommendations based on your team's performance and industry best practices.
  • • The ability to analyze complex AR data, identify patterns in denials, and translate these findings into actionable coaching plans for your team is critical.
  • • You will foster a learning environment where team members are encouraged to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • • Your leadership will be key in ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets related to cash collections, aging AR, and denial rates.
  • • You will act as a bridge between the operational team and management, providing clear updates on performance, challenges, and successes.
  • • This role requires a deep commitment to the professional development of each team member, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers within TruBridge.
  • • You will be a key player in ensuring TruBridge maintains its reputation for excellence in healthcare revenue cycle management services.
  • • Your coaching will extend to helping team members understand the broader impact of their work on client satisfaction and financial stability.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and development discussions with your team members.
  • • The ability to adapt to changing healthcare regulations and client requirements and translate these into team processes will be essential.
  • • You will be a champion for process improvement initiatives, encouraging the team to identify and implement efficiencies.
  • • Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance in all AR-related activities.
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in AR management and coaching.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on both the team's success and the company's overall performance in the dynamic US Healthcare sector.
