📋 Description

• As Team Lead Account Executives DACH (Public Sector) at SoSafe, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of 6-8 Senior Account Executives to drive predictable revenue growth in the public sector across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• You will manage the full sales cycle for strategic public sector accounts, mentor and develop your team’s sales skills, build executive relationships with government decision-makers, ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize sales processes.
• SoSafe is a fast-growing Security Awareness scale-up backed by Highland Europe and Global Founders Capital, dedicated to making the digital world safer by strengthening the human factor in cybersecurity through behaviorally driven, data-informed training solutions.
• In this role, you will develop leadership expertise, scale a high-impact sales organization, directly influence company-wide sales methodology and playbooks, and achieve measurable impact by exceeding personal and team targets while advancing cybersecurity resilience in public institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in SaaS sales within the DACH region, preferably in a scale-up or startup environment
• Proven track record of closing strategic B2B deals in complex sales cycles
• At least 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential through internal career progression
• Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems and modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-powered solutions
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
