📋 Description

• • As a Team Lead, you are responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of digital designers to drive operational excellence through KPI and metric management. A key part of your leadership is cultivating a team environment that reflects the Dandy Drivers which are the foundation of how we work, grow, and succeed at Dandy.
• • You will lead a team of 10–15 digital designers, oversee Focus Area scheduling, shifts, training, and time off, monitor individual quality and performance through regular audits, and continuously performance manage and coach designers through 1:1s and feedback sessions to drive improvement.
• • Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B—by building the operating system for dental offices around the world, empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
• • You will develop leadership skills in performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization while gaining deep expertise in dental CAD/CAM workflows and contributing to the growth of a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
