- • As a Team Lead, Customer Service at R1 RCM Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to transform the patient experience and financial performance of healthcare providers through technology-driven revenue cycle solutions. You will help build new projects while managing escalated customer service cases, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will prepare, analyze, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly productivity metrics; develop and coach team members in skills and processes to promote quality; assist in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives; measure and monitor staffing levels, assign duties and responsibilities appropriately; complete performance evaluations, track time and attendance; troubleshoot and resolve client issues with urgency; and train and educate staff on new process changes.
