  • • This role is pivotal in shaping Malt's presence within the public sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy tailored to this market, ensuring that our services are not only adopted but become indispensable to government agencies, local authorities, and other public bodies. Your efforts will be crucial in establishing Malt as a trusted and preferred partner, driving sustainable revenue growth and market share within this vital sector.
  • • You will oversee the entire lifecycle of public sector accounts, from initial engagement and relationship building to fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction. This involves understanding the procurement processes, regulatory frameworks, and specific challenges faced by public organizations, and translating these insights into actionable strategies for your team.

  • • Your responsibilities will extend to defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team and the public sector segment. Regular reporting to senior management on team progress, market insights, and strategic recommendations will be a core part of your duties.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in leading and managing sales or account management teams, preferably within a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
  • • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic growth plans, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue generation.
  • • Excellent understanding of the public sector market, including procurement processes, regulatory environments, and key decision-makers.
  • • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent and fostering team performance.
  • • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
