📋 Description

  • • As a Team Lead for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations at TruBridge, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the financial health of healthcare providers by leading a dedicated team of AR Analysts. This pivotal role demands a blend of strong leadership, deep RCM expertise, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, maintaining stringent production and quality standards, and championing a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and mentor a team of AR Analysts, guiding them through the complexities of the US Healthcare RCM landscape. This involves setting clear, achievable goals, delegating tasks effectively, and establishing realistic deadlines to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily RCM activities. You will be the linchpin connecting strategic objectives with the day-to-day execution of your team's work.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the meticulous documentation and publication of your team's production and quality metrics. This data-driven approach will not only provide transparency into performance but also serve as a foundation for identifying areas of success and opportunities for enhancement. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance closely, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on these metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • • Cultivating an inspiring team environment is paramount. You will foster a culture of open communication, where team members feel empowered to share ideas, voice concerns, and contribute to problem-solving. This includes actively listening to feedback, resolving conflicts promptly and fairly, and creating a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • • Motivating your team will be a key focus. You will recognize and celebrate high performance, rewarding accomplishments to reinforce positive behaviors and drive continued success. Simultaneously, you will identify training needs and provide targeted coaching and development opportunities to enhance individual and team capabilities. Encouraging creativity and calculated risk-taking will be vital in navigating the dynamic RCM environment and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
  • • Beyond individual performance, you will be responsible for the overall operational oversight of your team. This includes ensuring optimal staff availability by effectively monitoring and managing team attendance. You will also play a role in suggesting and organizing team-building activities to strengthen camaraderie and foster a cohesive unit. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of the RCM processes managed by your team, ultimately contributing to improved revenue capture and financial stability for our clients.
  • • This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire provider claim lifecycle, from initial posting to diligent AR follow-up. You will leverage your deep knowledge of major insurance payers, common denial reasons, and standard RCM best practices to guide your team and troubleshoot complex issues. A strong grasp of common CPT codes, transaction codes, and reason codes is essential for effective claim management and denial resolution.
  • • You will be expected to maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and precision in all your interactions and documentation. Good grammar is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. Your ability to effectively communicate with your team, peers, and management will be crucial for success.
  • • As a Team Lead, you will be a decision-maker, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. Your organizational and time-management skills will be critical in balancing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met. Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant PC skills is necessary for data analysis and reporting.
  • • Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds production and quality targets, contributing significantly to TruBridge's mission of delivering exceptional RCM services to healthcare providers.
