  • • Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on the DACH market, providing daily coaching, structured feedback, and mentorship to improve outbound execution and pipeline generation.
  • • Conduct regular call reviews and objection-handling workshops using a proven coaching framework to enhance rep performance and increase weekly Open Handover Cases (OHCs).
  • • Own and deliver the DACH team’s pipeline targets by ensuring high-quality, targeted outreach aligned with market-specific messaging and compliance standards, including GDPR.
  • • Develop and refine DACH-specific sales messaging based on real-time feedback from Account Executives and market dynamics to maximize conversion rates.
  • • Champion the adoption of AI-powered sales tools and automation workflows to reduce manual tasks, enabling reps to focus on personalized, high-value interactions.
  • • Act as the primary liaison between the SDR team and local Account Executives (AEs), ensuring seamless handoffs, accurate lead quality feedback, and alignment on discovery depth and next steps.
  • • Drive team performance through measurable outcomes, prioritizing pipeline impact over activity metrics and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier SDR talent in the DACH region, building a scalable and resilient sales development function.
  • • Empower SDRs to develop long-term professional skills by encouraging independent problem-solving and career progression within the sales function.
  • • Maintain a high-energy, positive team culture that sustains motivation through high-rejection outbound cycles and promotes resilience and grit.
  • • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and sales enablement materials tailored to the DACH market.
  • • Stay current on DACH commercial norms, cultural nuances in business communication, and regulatory requirements affecting outbound prospecting.
  • • Experiment with and evaluate new sales technologies to improve team efficiency, reduce friction in workflows, and maintain a technological edge in prospecting.
  • • Foster a collaborative, respectful relationship with cross-functional peers, addressing challenges with constructive honesty and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • • Model and reinforce a growth mindset by actively seeking feedback, challenging outdated prospecting methods, and iterating on the team’s playbook based on data and results.
  • • Ensure all team activities comply with local data protection laws and ethical sales practices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • • Support the scaling of SoSafe’s go-to-market strategy in the DACH region by aligning team goals with company-wide revenue objectives and expansion plans.

  • • Proven experience managing SDR/BDR teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • • Established, structured coaching framework for upskilling sales reps with measurable outcomes
  • • Native or business-fluent German proficiency
  • • Deep understanding of the DACH commercial landscape, cultural nuances, and GDPR compliance in outbound outreach
