- • Lead and develop a team of Triage Analysts in Pune, ensuring accurate and efficient vulnerability report intake and validation while fostering a high-accountability, collaborative culture.
- • Drive operational excellence by managing workflows, SLAs, and performance metrics, and proactively removing blockers to meet customer and program requirements.
- • Champion data-driven decision making and first principles problem solving to improve triage processes, scalability, and consistency across global operations.
- • Promote an AI-first mindset by identifying automation opportunities and partnering with Security, Customer Success, and Program Operations teams to enhance triage efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- • Serve as the primary on-site operational leader in Pune, supporting a strong culture of professionalism, collaboration, and engagement in a hybrid work environment requiring 4-5 days per week in office.
- • Coach and mentor team members through feedback, career development, and performance management to grow technical and operational capabilities.
- • Coordinate shift coverage across time zones to ensure continuous operational support and balanced team availability.
- • Monitor report quality, validation accuracy, and procedural compliance, implementing corrective actions or coaching plans as needed.
- • Contribute to HackerOne’s mission of reducing cyber risk by combining security researcher ingenuity with AI-powered platform capabilities.
- • Help shape a dynamic, in-person culture rooted in purpose and partnership as part of the new Pune office’s role in advancing HackerOne’s global mission and values.
