- • As a Team Leader for DEX Community Business Development at OKX Technology Services Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global growth trajectory of OKX Web3 by leading the end-to-end strategy and execution for community expansion, directly managing and scaling a high-performing BD team to drive sustainable user acquisition and ecosystem engagement across key international markets.
- • You will own and optimize referral systems, revenue growth campaigns, and incentive structures to fuel sustainable growth, while architecting and rapidly expanding global community node, ambassador, and super-team networks in priority regions including the US, CIS, Korea, Vietnam, and Turkey, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, managing, and incentivizing top-tier KOLs, influencers, channels, and opinion leaders to deliver measurable traffic; leading, mentoring, and performance-managing a team of Community Managers through goal setting, 1:1s, career development, and monthly reviews; gathering real-time market insights from communities to directly influence product roadmap and UI/UX/Tech improvements; and executing high-impact activation campaigns, trading contests, and incentive programs to boost engagement and acquisition.
- • You will join a globally distributed, mission-driven organization united by the core principles of 'We Before Me,' 'Do the Right Thing,' and 'Get Things Done,' operating within OKG — a blockchain-focused group that powers OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink, and other leading products serving millions of users and hundreds of institutional clients worldwide with a commitment to safety, reliability, and Proof of Reserves.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of BD / growth / community experience in Web3, DeFi, DEX, or Crypto Exchanges
- • Demonstrated success owning and scaling referral / commission / rebate user acquisition models that delivered huge growth
- • Deep, personal network across global Web3 communities, KOLs, builders, and ecosystems
- • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) — able to lead global calls and write clear strategy docs
- • Extreme execution focus, self-starter mentality, resilience, and comfort in fast-moving, decentralized environments
