  • • You will empower your team to build strong, lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored energy solutions.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and training programs, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
  • • This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company within the renewable energy sector. If you are a natural leader with a passion for sales and sustainability, we encourage you to apply.
  • • You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and promoting our innovative energy solutions across Germany, contributing directly to our mission of a sustainable energy future.
  • • Your leadership will directly influence the success of our field sales operations and the achievement of our ambitious growth targets.
  • • We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is adept at problem-solving, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
