📋 Description

  • As Teamlead Sales (m/w/d) in Munich, you will be the face of Salonkee in the region, building and leading a high-performing sales team while staying closely connected to customers and market realities.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and coaching a team of approximately five sales talents through regular 1:1s, joint training sessions, and constructive feedback; accompanying your team to on-site customer appointments to support cold outreach and deliver live demonstrations of Salonkee’s SaaS solution; organizing weekly structures to enable team success by monitoring CRM hygiene and key performance indicators for timely adjustments; and actively participating in sales activities yourself, especially in the initial phase, to deeply understand the Munich market and model best practices.
