  • • Klar Technologies Inc. is seeking a commercially-driven and highly motivated Tech Partnerships Manager to own and scale our strategic relationships with enterprise platform partners. As the Data Operating System for growing eCommerce companies, Klar provides brands with a holistic understanding of their business across customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. We empower over 1,000 eCommerce brands, including prominent names like Loop Earplugs, Holy, Wild, Maniko, and Armed Angels, to make data-driven decisions daily. Our mission is deeply rooted in empathy for our customers' challenges, stemming from years of experience within the eCommerce sector.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our existing partnerships with industry giants such as Shopify and TikTok, while also spearheading the development of new strategic alliances with platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Your primary objective will be to ensure these partners achieve their goals, which in turn will drive significant new customer acquisition for Klar. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical relationships, drive mutual growth, and shape the future of eCommerce technology partnerships.
  • • Key responsibilities will include:
  • • Owning and scaling Klar's tech ecosystem relationships: You will take full accountability for our established strategic partnerships with Shopify and TikTok. This involves understanding their business objectives, identifying areas of synergy, and developing joint strategies to foster mutual growth. You will also be responsible for building out and nurturing nascent strategic partnerships with platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat, transforming early-stage engagements into robust, revenue-generating collaborations.
  • • Deeply mapping partner organizations: A crucial aspect of this role is to gain an in-depth understanding of our partners' organizational structures. This includes identifying key stakeholders, understanding their roles and responsibilities, mapping team structures, and discerning what each group is measured on. By understanding these internal dynamics, you will be able to pinpoint precisely where Klar can deliver the most value and influence their decision-making processes.
  • • Building Klar's presence within partner organizations: You will be tasked with embedding Klar within our partners' ecosystems. This involves training and enabling their sales teams, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), partner managers, and support staff across various departments and incentive structures. A key part of this will be tailoring Klar's value proposition and narrative to resonate with the specific priorities and KPIs of different teams, whether they are performance-focused, partner-centric, vertical specialists, growth-oriented, or focused on SMB versus enterprise clients.
  • • Driving inbound referrals at scale: A significant focus of this role will be to establish and optimize a referral engine that is intrinsically linked to partner incentives. You will need to understand how their teams receive credit, how they originate deals, and how Klar can directly contribute to their success metrics. This will involve creating clear, compelling collateral and implementing internal programs that make recommending Klar a low-friction, high-reward activity aligned with their key performance indicators.
  • • Leveraging existing strategic partnerships for programmatic opportunities: You will own and expand our existing TikTok Measurement Partnership and actively seek out similar programmatic opportunities within other platforms. This requires building strong relationships across parallel teams within partner organizations, including product partnerships, measurement, commerce solutions, performance marketing, and industry vertical specialists. Your goal will be to seamlessly integrate Klar into their existing workflows and identify new avenues for collaboration.
  • • Acting as a strategic advisor: Beyond managing relationships, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our partners, offering insights and solutions that leverage Klar's capabilities to address their evolving business needs. This proactive approach will solidify Klar's position as an indispensable partner in their growth journey.
  • • Collaborating cross-functionally: You will work closely with Klar's product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and to translate partner feedback into actionable product improvements and go-to-market strategies. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for maximizing the impact of our partnerships.
  • • Analyzing and reporting on partnership performance: You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the key metrics and outcomes of our tech partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • • Staying ahead of industry trends: Continuously monitor the eCommerce, SaaS, and broader tech landscapes to identify emerging trends, new platform opportunities, and potential challenges that could impact Klar and its partners.
