đź“‹ Description

  • • Dash0 is at the forefront of defining the future of observability, pioneering an OpenTelemetry-native platform designed for simplicity, AI-centricity, and the elimination of vendor lock-in and tedious manual work. We are building a product that developers will genuinely love, underpinned by transparent pricing and integrated cost-control features. As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growing team and ensuring we attract and secure the very best talent in the competitive B2B SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure landscape. This is more than just a recruiting role; it's an opportunity to be a strategic architect of our human capital, directly influencing our trajectory during a period of significant expansion.
  • • In this 360° Talent Acquisition Partner position, you will embody the spirit of a "pipeline wizard," seamlessly blending high-level strategic thinking with meticulous, hands-on execution. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will forge strong partnerships with our Leadership, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Product teams. Your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent across various critical functions. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial intake call and proactive sourcing strategies to the final offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Given our global team structure, you will be instrumental in bridging the geographical and temporal gaps between our European and North American operations, ensuring our global hiring engine operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness across all time zones.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of critical recruitment functions. You will demonstrate Full-Cycle Recruitment Mastery by leading end-to-end hiring initiatives for a diverse portfolio of roles, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineers (SEs), and Product Managers. You will take complete ownership of the recruitment process, which includes managing all logistical aspects, no matter how small, such as proactive scheduling and intricate coordination to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Your Pipeline & Market Craftsmanship will be evident in your ability to actively source and cultivate relationships with passive talent. You will not merely wait for applications to arrive; instead, you will proactively hunt for the most exceptional individuals within the Observability and Cloud ecosystems, understanding the nuances of these specialized markets.
  • • As a Strategic Talent Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team. This involves leading comprehensive intake sessions to deeply understand hiring needs, meticulously defining required competencies for each role, and providing data-backed guidance to inform headcount planning and organizational design decisions. Your commitment to Structured, Data-Driven Hiring will be demonstrated through the implementation of scalable and efficient recruitment processes. This includes developing standardized interview rubrics, facilitating calibration sessions among interviewers, and ensuring that every hiring decision is fair, objective, and contributes to building a high-performing team. You will also drive Operational Excellence by maintaining impeccable data integrity within Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This involves diligently tracking key recruitment metrics, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing our sourcing and selection strategies for maximum impact.
  • • Furthermore, your role will involve crucial Global Coordination, managing recruitment workflows seamlessly across North America and Europe. You will ensure high availability and responsiveness for our US-based stakeholders and candidates, navigating different time zones with agility. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for our global expansion. You will be empowered to shape the candidate journey, ensuring it reflects Dash0's innovative and developer-centric culture. Your ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates will be key to your success. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and is passionate about building exceptional teams that drive business success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and development of Dash0 by attracting and retaining top talent in a highly competitive market. You will be instrumental in scaling our global team from its foundational stages, contributing directly to our mission of revolutionizing observability for developers worldwide. Your strategic insights and operational prowess will be highly valued as we continue to expand our presence and capabilities in the cloud-native space.
