- • As a Technical Account Manager at Redis, you will serve as the technical liaison for customers, acting as the subject matter expert on all technical aspects of the Redis platform to ensure successful post-sales engagement and long-term customer success.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the post-sales process by understanding client needs and the Redis technology stack, developing trusted advisor relationships, driving technical aspects of revenue performance optimization, onboarding new customers, providing enhanced enterprise support, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating across global teams to streamline product delivery.
- • Redis is a global leader in real-time data technology, powering the fastest applications used by over 10,000 customers worldwide through its open-source Redis and Redis Enterprise platforms, with a mission to create a faster world with simpler experiences.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in databases and cloud platforms, grow your consultative sales and relationship management skills, and contribute directly to customer success and revenue expansion while working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in pre/post sales engineering, ideally in database engineering
- • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux
- • Practical hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
- • Strong technical skills to assess and address customer needs and challenges
- • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- • Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably in Computer Science
