- • As a Technical Account Manager at Rain Technologies, you will serve as the embedded technical expert within the post-sales team, acting as the dedicated technical resource for strategic partners and a force multiplier for the partner-facing organization.
- • You will work directly alongside Senior Implementation Managers and Account Managers, serving as the technical authority across complex integrations, technical platform and API questions, and new capability rollouts, while turning hands-on partner experience into durable assets like playbooks, integration guides, and documentation.
- • Rain Technologies is a lean and mighty team building next-generation payment infrastructure that makes stablecoins usable in the real world by powering card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, remittances, and more, partnering with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to deliver global, inclusive, and efficient financial solutions.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company funded by top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS, while growing into a role that aligns with your goals in an open and flat organizational structure that encourages exploration and impact on the company’s roadmap and vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or similar
- • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- • Expert-level comfort with APIs, including the ability to read documentation, test endpoints, and debug integration failures hands-on
- • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages
- • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across competing timelines
- • Ability to move fluidly between a partner's engineering standup and an executive business review
