- • As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at UiPath, you will be at the forefront of empowering the world's largest enterprises to fundamentally transform their operations through the power of automation. You will serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for our most strategic customers, guiding them in the development and maturation of their enterprise-wide business automation programs. - • You will take ultimate ownership of your assigned customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform. This involves meticulously managing and driving technical workstreams that are directly aligned with delivering exceptional and measurable business value. Your proactive engagement will be key to helping customers mature their automation strategies, expand their vision of what's achievable, and overcome any technical hurdles.
- • A core responsibility will be to provide expert, embedded technical advisory services. This includes guiding customers through the complexities of UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, ensuring seamless installations, orchestrating successful upgrades, and efficiently troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will be the go-to expert for ensuring the stability, scalability, and optimal performance of their automation environments.
- • You will play a crucial role in enabling customer technical stakeholders. This involves tailoring best practices for the UiPath Platform to their unique automation needs, operational constraints, and business objectives. Through workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, and direct guidance, you will ensure their teams are proficient and confident in utilizing the platform to its fullest capabilities.
- • To further reinforce best practices and ensure the quality of deployed automations, you will conduct design and code reviews for select customer automations. This hands-on involvement allows you to identify potential risks, verify adherence to standards, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the robustness and efficiency of their automated solutions.
- • Regular technical health checks of customer automation programs will be a critical part of your role. You will proactively assess the overall health, performance, and strategic alignment of their automation initiatives, identifying potential risks before they escalate and uncovering opportunities for continuous improvement and further value realization.
- • You will act as a vital liaison between the customer and UiPath's internal teams. This includes close collaboration with UiPath Product Support and various subject matter experts to ensure that any escalated support incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and customer frustration.
- • Your role extends beyond just technical implementation; you will be instrumental in driving business adoption of the UiPath Platform across all levels of the customer organization, from C-suite executives to the end-users executing automations. Your focus will remain steadfast on achieving tangible business outcomes and demonstrably enhancing work processes through strategic automation deployment.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology, including AI, machine learning, and emerging agentic frameworks, and translate this knowledge into actionable strategies for your customers.
- • Ultimately, you are the champion for your customers' success with UiPath, ensuring they derive maximum ROI and achieve their most ambitious business goals through the strategic application of our technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on programming in .NET or Java.
- • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a proven ability to manage complex customer relationships.
- • Broad technical expertise encompassing software engineering principles, application deployment strategies, cloud infrastructure, and general IT infrastructure engineering.
- • Familiarity or experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., Langgraph, CrewAi), Large Language Models (LLMs), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Multi-modal Conversational Platforms (MCP).
