- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to key clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing use of NICE products and services.
- • Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with clients by fostering trust, understanding their business goals, and aligning NICE solutions to their needs.
- • Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service by collaborating across internal teams including engineering, product, and support to resolve client challenges efficiently.
- • Leverage deep expertise in NICE technologies to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance client configurations, ensuring maximum system performance and value realization.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to expand their usage of NICE products and services, driving adoption and increasing customer lifetime value.
- • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase client success stories, best practices, and product capabilities to reinforce client confidence and loyalty.
- • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to empower clients to fully utilize NICE solutions and maximize their investment.
- • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client feedback into actionable product and service improvement recommendations.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of NICE offerings by documenting recurring technical issues, identifying systemic gaps, and proposing scalable solutions.
- • Maintain a client-centric mindset by regularly assessing client satisfaction, anticipating potential challenges, and implementing preventive measures.
- • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
- • Stay current with evolving NICE product features, industry trends, and technological advancements to provide informed guidance to clients.
- • Represent NICE professionally in client interactions, ensuring consistent communication, transparency, and responsiveness at all times.
- • Support the growth of NICE’s market leadership by serving as a referenceable client advocate and contributing to case studies or testimonials when appropriate.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- • 5 years of experience in a technical or service role within software, telecommunications, customer service, call/contact centers, or service delivery.
- • Demonstrated proficiency in technical problem-solving, including strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with fluency in both written and verbal communication.
- • Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- • Working knowledge of contact center software design and functionality, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
