  • • Own the end-to-end success of multi-site, multi-state enterprise accounts, acting as the single-threaded owner who orchestrates technical delivery, strategic planning, and executive-level relationship management across the customer lifecycle.
  • • Serve as the trusted advisor and day-to-day quarterback for Fortune-1000 clients with hundreds of locations, translating complex business objectives into clear technical roadmaps and ensuring every site—from a flagship headquarters to a remote branch—meets the same gold-standard performance.
  • • Drive recurring, structured account reviews that surface real-time health metrics, uncover expansion opportunities, and pre-empt escalations; you will prepare executive dashboards, lead quarterly business reviews, and present ROI analyses that quantify the value of our integrated security, network, and communication solutions.
  • • Translate high-level scope into detailed, repeatable project packages: create templated proposals, system takeoffs, and deployment schedules using Bluebeam and CAD/BIM tools; ensure drawings, bill of materials, and site-specific standards are accurate, version-controlled, and ready for flawless hand-off to field teams.
  • • Coordinate cross-functional squads—engineering, project management, field operations, and vendor partners—through every phase of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning; run daily stand-ups, resolve blockers, and maintain a living risk register so that every milestone is met on time and on budget.
  • • Provide deep technical guidance on low-voltage ecosystems: access control (CCURE, Lenel, Genetec), IP video surveillance (Axis, Avigilon, Milestone), VoIP/intercom (Cisco, Algo), and structured cabling/network infrastructure; validate that designs comply with NFPA, TIA, and customer security policies.
  • • Own post-installation support: triage escalations from on-site technicians, coordinate warranty and SLA response, and maintain a knowledge base that reduces mean time to resolution by 30% year-over-year.
  • • Conduct proactive, non-sales client touchpoints—monthly tech briefings, security advisory sessions, and roadmap workshops—to surface upcoming capital projects, compliance mandates, and technology refresh cycles, positioning yourself as the indispensable extension of the customer’s IT and security teams.
  • • Continuously refine scalable playbooks: build SOPs, checklists, and automation scripts that shrink deployment timelines, standardize site documentation, and enable rapid onboarding of new team members.
  • • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing ticket trends, customer feedback, and field data; propose system optimizations, upsell/cross-sell enhancements, and process innovations that elevate customer satisfaction and expand account revenue.
  • • Mentor junior project coordinators and service technicians, sharing best practices in stakeholder communication, technical troubleshooting, and project governance to raise the bar across the entire delivery organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-site technology deployments in the security, network, or communications space
  • • Proven proficiency with low-voltage design tools and standards—Bluebeam, AutoCAD/BIM, NFPA, TIA—and familiarity with access control, IP video, VoIP, and structured cabling ecosystems
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle—scope, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and post-install support
  • • Executive-level communication skills: comfortable presenting ROI dashboards, quarterly business reviews, and technical roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
  • • Nice-to-have: industry certifications such as PMP, PSP, CPP, or vendor-specific credentials (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Axis, Milestone, CCURE, Lenel, Genetec)
