📋 Description
- • The Technical Account Manager at Flock Safety serves as a hybrid technical enablement and support role, acting as the go-to technical resource for agency admins, analysts, and training leads to accelerate time-to-value and strengthen long-term adoption of Flock’s safety technology platform.
- • Day to day, the role involves triaging customer inquiries, delivering virtual and on-site trainings for products like Safe City and Drones as First Responder, owning ‘Train the Trainer’ programs, supporting Customer Success Managers with product expertise, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
- • Flock Safety is a high-performance, low-ego company with nearly $700M in venture funding and a $7.5B valuation, trusted by over 5,000 communities, 4,500 law enforcement agencies, and 1,000 businesses, dedicated to proactive crime prevention through its integrated hardware and software safety network.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in public safety technology, lead training initiatives that scale across agencies, influence product development through frontline feedback, and grow as a trusted technical advisor bridging customer needs and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience delivering technical training and enablement programs, including virtual and on-site sessions for diverse audiences such as law enforcement, analysts, and administrators.
- • Proven ability to triage and resolve technical issues, with experience working alongside Support, Engineering, or Product teams to escalate and solve customer problems.
- • Strong collaboration skills to act as a liaison between Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support, including participating in cross-functional feedback loops and feature rollouts.
- • Preferred: FAA Part 107 drone operations certification and experience with large-scale IT systems in government or public safety environments.
- • Must be located in MST or PST timezone and willing to travel up to 70-80% of the time.
