- • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Motive, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts, building proactive partnerships and ensuring premium customer experiences through white-glove service and strategic technical leadership.
- • Day to day, you will own end-to-end resolution of escalated cases, monitor account health, create SQL-based queries to identify technical issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering on hardware and data fixes, participate in on-call rotations, and provide tailored training and feature consultations to customers.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical problem solving, root cause analysis, API troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration, while influencing product improvements and gaining strategic insight into enterprise fleet management systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support with permanent employment status
- • Full professional fluency in spoken and written English
- • Advanced analytical skills to trace complex issues across hardware, APIs, and databases using tools like SQL and log parsing
- • Experience managing hardware fault analysis, firmware upgrades, and change management practices
- • Background in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work outside standard hours
