- • The Technical Account Manager at Oscilar serves as the primary owner for assigned customers, driving onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion while ensuring high satisfaction and ROI recognition.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer engagement cadence, leading onboarding and implementation projects, delivering product demos, building workflows and reports, handling API integrations, SQL queries, and Python scripting, and acting as a technical liaison between customers, Engineering, and Product teams.
- • Oscilar is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform used by banks, fintechs, and digital organizations to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk, backed by a mission-driven team from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent focused on making the digital world safer.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS customer success, strengthen technical and executive communication skills, influence product roadmap through customer advocacy, and drive measurable business outcomes that contribute to safer online transactions and professional growth in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
