  • • Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers, guiding them from kickoff through go-live and into long-term account health
  • • Lead technical discovery sessions to map customer billing architectures, data models, and integration landscapes before prescribing Orb solutions
  • • Guide enterprise customers through complex integrations connecting Orb with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), internal data warehouses, and event pipelines
  • • Design and review API integration patterns, event schemas, aggregation strategies, and idempotency handling in collaboration with customer engineering teams
  • • Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues during implementation and post-go-live, diagnosing root causes and coordinating resolutions with Orb Engineering
  • • Build and maintain detailed account plans documenting architecture decisions, integration risks, adoption milestones, and renewal context
  • • Identify and act on expansion signals within accounts, including new product lines, geographies, or incremental usage growth
  • • Represent enterprise customer needs internally by translating patterns into product feedback and advocating for platform improvements with Engineering and Product teams
  • • Contribute to internal documentation including reference architectures, integration playbooks, and implementation guides to accelerate future enterprise onboarding
  • • Partner with Sales teams on strategic renewals and expansions for assigned enterprise accounts
  • • Act as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for high-stakes enterprise relationships, deeply embedded in customer success
  • • Diagnose and unblock urgent, complex technical issues with speed and precision, ensuring minimal disruption to customer revenue operations
  • • Maintain a high bar for accuracy and quality, ensuring no open questions or ambiguities linger in customer implementations
  • • Communicate precisely and credibly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including VPs of Finance, Staff Engineers, and billing operations analysts
  • • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and review ERDs, requirements documents, and integration designs in the same conversation
  • • Leverage familiarity with billing, usage-based pricing, or fintech infrastructure to enhance integration design and customer outcomes
  • • Support billing system migrations from legacy infrastructure with minimal revenue disruption

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in technical post-sales roles (solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical account management, or similar) with enterprise-facing work
  • • Deep hands-on experience building or guiding integrations between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, data warehouses, or equivalent)
  • • Technically proficient with APIs, webhooks, event streaming, and SQL; ability to read and write code to diagnose integration issues
  • • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships across technical and business functions
  • • Strong systems thinker with ability to map full architectures, understand data flows, and anticipate failure points
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills calibrated to diverse audiences
