- • As a Technical Account Manager (FINS) at UiPath, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic financial services customers, ensuring they achieve maximum business value from the UiPath Automation Platform by guiding enterprise-wide automation initiatives and driving measurable operational transformation.
- • Your role is critical in bridging technical execution with business outcomes, enabling large organizations to scale automation responsibly while aligning with UiPath’s mission to unleash human potential through intelligent automation.
- • Day to day, you will take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform, being accountable for technical workstreams that drive exceptional business value.
- • You will proactively engage with customers, providing embedded technical advisory to mature their automation programs and expand their vision of achievable goals.
- • You will guide UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes.
- • You will enable customer technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices, tailored to their unique automation needs and constraints.
- • You will conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and verify best practices.
- • You will perform technical health checks of customer automation programs, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- • You will collaborate with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently.
- • You will work with stakeholders across all levels, from C-suite executives to technical teams and end-users, translating technical capabilities into business impact and fostering long-term adoption.
- • You will partner closely with UiPath’s Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap based on real-world feedback.
- • You will stay current on emerging automation trends, including agentic AI, LLMs, and intelligent document processing, to advise customers on future-ready automation strategies.
