📋 Description
- • As a Technical Account Manager at Wiz, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform, serving as the bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure a cohesive experience.
- • Day to day, you will provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serve as the primary technical liaison for customer questions and escalations, contribute to workshops that help customers unlock platform value, develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from practitioners to C-level, and help customers develop and measure Success Plans tied to key performance indicators.
- • You will join a fast-growing cloud security leader trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 100, where Wizards from over 20 countries collaborate to secure cloud environments for hundreds of customers, scanning over 230 billion files daily, in a culture that values world-class talent and innovation.
- • In this role, you will grow your expertise in cloud security, deepen your technical knowledge of the Wiz platform and ecosystem, strengthen your ability to influence cross-functional teams, and advance your career as a trusted advisor driving customer success, retention, and expansion in a high-impact, collaborative environment.
