• • As a Technical Account Manager (French-Speaking) at SOTI Inc., you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing success with SOTI’s mobility and IoT management solutions.
• • Day to day, you will onboard enterprise customers, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, provide technical consultancy, manage support case escalations, lead Root Cause Analyses for critical issues, maintain detailed business profiles and knowledge base documents, gather customer requirements for product feedback, and contribute to webinars and documentation while mentoring new hires.
