  • • As a Technical Account Manager II at UiPath, you will be instrumental in empowering the world's largest organizations to harness the transformative power of automation. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic customers through the design, implementation, and optimization of their enterprise-wide automation programs. Your mission is to ensure these clients achieve unprecedented business value and drive significant organizational impact by leveraging UiPath's leading automation platform.
  • • You will take full ownership of your assigned customers' technical success, acting as their primary technical point of contact and ensuring they derive maximum benefit from the UiPath Platform. This involves deeply understanding their business objectives, technical environments, and automation aspirations.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to provide expert support for automation process discovery initiatives. You will collaborate closely with customer teams to identify opportunities for automation, define technical requirements, and architect solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • • You will be an integral and accountable member of the UiPath account team for each of your customers. This means leading and contributing to technical workstreams that enable customers to strategize, plan, and execute adoption plans designed to deliver exceptional, measurable business value.
  • • Proactive engagement and influence are critical. You will embed yourself within customer organizations, offering continuous technical advisory services. Your guidance will be crucial in elevating the technical maturity of their automation programs, helping them achieve their objectives and expanding their vision of what's possible with automation.
  • • You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on UiPath Platform infrastructure, including planning for installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. This includes offering guided assistance and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation and high availability.
  • • Enabling customer technical stakeholders is a core responsibility. You will educate and empower their teams on UiPath Platform best practices, tailoring your approach to their unique automation pipelines, program objectives, specific environments, and any existing constraints.
  • • To ensure the highest quality of automation development, you will conduct design and code reviews for select customer automations. This practice reinforces best practices, promotes code quality, and helps prevent potential issues down the line.
  • • You will perform regular technical health checks of your customers' automation programs and environments. This proactive approach allows you to identify potential risks, uncover opportunities for continuous improvement across various technical disciplines, and ensure the ongoing health and effectiveness of their automation initiatives.
  • • Collaboration is key to success. You will work closely with UiPath Product Support, engineering teams, and other subject matter experts to manage, facilitate, communicate, and bring escalated support incidents to a positive and timely resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • • You will act as a technical evangelist, providing valuable insights and technical advisory to customers through engaging webinars, compelling demonstrations, and informative speaking engagements, showcasing the power and potential of the UiPath platform.
  • • You will play a vital role in the continuous evolution of UiPath's delivery capabilities. You will actively contribute to developing and maturing our internal processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner, ensuring we maintain best-in-class delivery standards and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of automation.
  • • This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives, all focused on driving tangible business outcomes and enhancing the daily work lives of their employees through automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • A minimum of 7 years of experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell).
  • • Proven experience in customer-facing technical account management or technical consulting roles, with a track record of progressive responsibility.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a self-motivated and proactive approach to teamwork and innovation.
  • • A degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field is required.
