- • Serve as the primary technical advisor and point of contact for enterprise customers throughout their entire Camunda platform adoption journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
- • Develop and execute customized technical adoption plans aligned with customer business goals to maximize platform value and ensure long-term success.
- • Provide hands-on technical guidance and best practices to both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex platform capabilities into actionable outcomes.
- • Proactively conduct platform and solution health checks to identify and mitigate execution risks, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- • Facilitate escalation management by coordinating internally with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams to resolve customer issues and drive measurable outcomes.
- • Spend up to 50% of time on-site with clients during peak periods for key milestone interactions, deepening partnerships and accelerating strategic initiatives.
- • Work with public sector accounts that require security clearance, while also managing a portfolio that may include enterprise customers across the UK and Europe.
- • Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with customers by demonstrating deep technical expertise and a customer-first mindset.
- • Act as a bridge between customer needs and Camunda’s product and engineering teams, advocating for customer feedback to influence platform improvements.
- • Ensure customers effectively utilize Camunda’s agentic orchestration platform to automate and coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes.
- • Support customers in achieving operational efficiency, accelerated time-to-value, and improved customer experiences through successful platform implementation.
- • Maintain familiarity with Camunda’s product ecosystem and encourage active usage of the platform via accounts.cloud.camunda.io for hands-on experience.
- • Adapt communication and technical approaches to suit diverse audiences, including non-technical business leaders and senior engineering teams.
- • Contribute to customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring seamless adoption at scale.
- • Participate in regular customer check-ins, roadmap reviews, and success planning sessions to align Camunda’s capabilities with evolving customer needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a directly comparable role in enterprise software
- • Demonstrated technical expertise with a high-level programming language (such as Java, C#, or Python) and relevant enterprise software frameworks
- • Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes
- • Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
- • Willingness and flexibility to spend up to 50% of time on-site with clients as account needs dictate
- • Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda’s product (accounts.cloud.camunda.io)
