Technical Account Manager, Pressable

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Pressable, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a named portfolio of accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing platform health, performance optimization, and long-term retention of customers who have already chosen Pressable.
• • Day to day, you will lead new customers through onboarding, conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs), proactively monitor customer health signals, serve as the primary technical escalation path, drive WordPress platform health through performance audits and optimizations, identify expansion opportunities, provide strategic technical guidance, collect and relay customer feedback, maintain detailed records in P2 and Linear, contribute to the Support knowledge pipeline, demonstrate expert-level AI fluency in daily workflows, and drive customer-specific innovation toward AI-first architectures.
• • You will join Pressable, a world-class managed WordPress hosting provider founded in 2010, specializing in scalable, highly available services for agencies, builders, developers, and businesses, with industry-leading performance, 24/7 expert support, and seamless integrations with WooCommerce and Jetpack. • • In this role, you will learn to standardize and scale post-sales motions, develop repeatable team playbooks, deepen your expertise in WordPress hosting infrastructure and AI-augmented workflows, transition from reactive to proactive account management, mentor peers, and directly impact Net Revenue Retention (NRR), customer health scores, and expansion revenue while reducing support burden through proactive interventions and knowledge transfer.
