Your work will directly impact the adoption and success of Scibids’ software, ensuring clients maximize their media spend and achieve measurable results. - • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
- • **Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:** Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand the Scibids platform and its capabilities. Act as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, or escalations, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.
- • **Training & Education:** Conduct training sessions for clients, including campaign managers and traders, to improve their knowledge and skills in using Scibids’ AI-driven solutions. Tailor training to address client-specific needs, ensuring they can leverage the platform effectively to meet their campaign goals.
- • **Impact Review & ROI Demonstration:** Lead impact review sessions with clients to demonstrate the ROI of Scibids’ technology. Use data-driven insights to showcase how the platform enhances campaign performance, reduces manual effort, and delivers tangible business outcomes. Position Scibids as a critical component of their digital advertising strategy.
- • **Strategic Growth & Business Development:** Collaborate closely with your sales lead to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and winning net new business. Develop strategies to grow existing client accounts and expand Scibids’ footprint in the programmatic advertising space.
- • **Problem-Solving & Cross-Team Collaboration:** Work proactively with the broader Scibids and DV teams to resolve client issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure seamless integration of Scibids’ solutions with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Anticipate client needs, provide proactive solutions, and build strong working relationships founded on responsiveness, reliability, and expertise.
