📋 Description

• As a Technical Account Manager at Scibids (now part of DoubleVerify), you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving adoption and success of AI-powered campaign activation technology across leading DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, and Xandr.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, leading training sessions to educate campaign managers and traders on Scibids software, conducting impact review sessions to demonstrate ROI, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with the wider Scibids team, and strategizing with sales leads to grow existing accounts and win new business.
• You will join a global leader in AI-driven digital advertising that was recently acquired by DoubleVerify, combining Scibids’ innovative AI optimization with DV’s market-leading media quality and performance measurement tools to deliver end-to-end solutions for Fortune 500 brands.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in programmatic advertising, AI-driven campaign optimization, and client success strategies while building strong, trusted relationships with clients and contributing to the scaling of a high-growth technology platform within a major industry player.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management within the programmatic advertising space
• Hands-on experience working with at least one major DSP such as DV360 or The Trade Desk; familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok is a plus
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
